PREMIUM AUDIT NEWS:
AuditWin Plus enhancements now in Production at multiple clients:
When AMS embarked
on creating a follow-up to the intensely popular AuditWin 1.6 series we incorporated
a whole new look and feel, a vastly improved user interface, and the integration of
both Microsoft Word™ and Microsoft Excel™. Version 3.1.x includes many new improvements
and incorporates the inclusion of subclasses. Version 3.2.x takes this a step further and
also supports complex packaged policies with entity updates from the field.
As with 1.6, users are still offered three ways to complete an audit; open spreadsheet,
template-based spreadsheet, or enhanced active entry. The more robust Entry sheet eliminates
the need for the previous Detail Sheet and Import Entry function, streamlining your entry process.
F5 will still build the summary for you, as it always has, but the presentation of that summary
is now cleaner and more concise, with an improved header. Forms can now be both Word™ and Excel™
based, allowing incorporation of your favorite forms regardless of format and greatly increasing
their flexibility.

INSPECTION NEWS:
AMS announces improvements to its Loss Control and Inspection Products:
The former Advanced Inspection Manager and Inspection Plus programs have now been superseded and replaced by our new Combined Management Suite of products. Advanced Inspection Manager is now ManageSuite, and can be further configured to support both Inspection AND audit management.
Inspection Plus has also been enhanced to support both field audits and field inspections, and is now called MobileSuite. In addition, the progress report function has been expanded to allow for diary entries for both work types. MobileSuite also now supports the incorporation of multiple digital photos, output from drafting programs, and all types of graphical content. This content can be incorporated into all of the new forms and recommendations that are available as both Microsoft Excel or Word forms and templates.
Both new products still harness proven AMS technology to conduct, manage, and track Loss Control Inspections and Premium Audits. But now, AMS has created a core product which can be personalized and customized to better fit the client’s needs. This added configurability will allow new clients to create a more specific environment, and also provide a smoother transition for their engineers and reps in the field.

TRAINING NEWS:
AMS successfully begins web-training on entire product line:
AMS, in a partnership with a major conferencing provider, is pleased to offer complete product training
sessions using this conferencing technology. AMS has completed work on a comprehensive
program and syllabus for total ACE, AuditWin Plus training, as well as refresher courses
and offerings in both applications. We also offer client specific training for all of
our products including the new Combined Management Suite, which seeks to present the
applications within the constraints of their business processes and practices. These
sessions are run as modules, but offer many advantages over typical face-to-face training.
Probably the most often cited advantage is that the users do not need to gather in a
common place and can participate from anywhere. This eliminates the need to fly all
of your auditors in for training, put them up in hotels, rent a training facility,
provide food and refreshments, etc. Most important is that they are not totally
pulled from the field, and can still get work done in between the classes. And on
top of all of these advantages, the cost for the training itself is greatly reduced,
since AMS can pass on its own savings to the client. If you are interested in any
